Better!
Today was better! I went to the gym, did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I worked out back and bi's and did some ab workouts. Went to the commissary and definitely spent more than planned :-/ I did get a whole bunch of fruits and vegetables, which is awesome. I also got tuna and chicken...mmmm Protein! Rupert and Shelby got their Eukanuba as always! Spoiled rotten dogs. I have a calorie counter, and I have had 753 calories today. Pretty good. Ate good, worked out good, and I played my playstation, Fit In Six. Love it. Talked to David tonight...I really miss him. Not so much that I miss him because he's been gone for two days, but I miss him because it's not the same with him not here...and I know it's gonna be a while till I can see him again :( My babies are extra protective when he's gone though, and the neighbors have been lookin out for me too. I'm Lucky. I'm going to lay down and try to sleepy. Good night!

Slowly...
Third day... getting better, but still not there. I DID make it to the gym today!!!! Woooo! yay for me. I ate better, but I'm still dragging because of David being gone. I know..excuses, but it's the truth. I didn't sleep well last night, and I forgot to eat before work this morning, and I also completely forgot to take my water bottle to work. Semi-bad day. I had a grilled chicken breast for lunch with half of a wheat bun and a garden salad, so that wasn't bad. I had some cheese for a snack, and had a tuna sandwich for dinner. I did a 25 minute cardio workout on the treadclimber, and I worked out chest and tris. I played my game, but only for a few minutes. All in all not a bad day. Better than the last two days I suppose, but I will keep working at it. Don't really feel like writing much today, so I'm gonna go now. I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully a better day!

Rough Start
Well.. Day two. Not a great day "fit" wise, but also not horrible. I've had all these plans to lose weight and to start this blog and it's really not as easy to get started as I thought! I did not make it to the gym today, which I need to do so I can be sure of my weight. I did use my new game Active 2 for playstation move. It was a fun, quick, and easy workout. It's really cool, it has a heart monitor and it has a sensor on your arm and your leg to measure your movements. It really was a workout too! Believe it or not I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow because of it. Tomorrow I plan to get to the gym at some point OR to Run, and I'm also going to play my other game...Fit in Six. I didn't do bad eating today but also not great. We ate at the Hibatchi buffet for breakfast/lunch. Then I had chicken and rice with Nichole and Tali ( and I had a sprite). I need to do like Crissy said and get back on my water habit. It's weird I drink more water when I work than when I'm at home. Tomorrow I plan on having a GNC lean shake for breakfast. They're pretty good, and have tons of vitamins. It's really weird not having David here... I miss him already and it's been less than 12 hours! Hopefully this month will help us both get a good start to being more healthy. I know that's both of our plans anyway. I planned to start all this when he was going to be gone, but I didn't realize I wasn't going to feel like doing anything at all when he left. :-/ I just have to make myself....I know. I'm going to take today and edit my profile thing here, and I will probably ask a couple of other people if they want to join in with me and Crissy to try n get healthy! Wish me luck!

2012
Today is the first day of the new year. I never really make resolutions and even if I do, I have never kept one. This year I am...and I will keep it. I will be initiating Operation Get Fit on January 2, 2012. I needed one last day to prepare, and eat red velvet ice cream! I am sitting at 190 lbs right now, which is embarrassing but true. My resolution is to start exercising again and also eating much healthier...which means no fast food. I plan to lost 40 lbs, which will bring me back to 150 which would make me not only happy, but healthy as well! I will be back tomorrow to inform you of my first day!
